I am very passionate yoga instructor with 15+ years of teaching experience. I am certified in 6 different styles of yoga which allows me to really customize my teaching to an individuals needs. I also was a licensed massage therapist for 14 years giving me a extensive understanding of the human body and working with injuries. Yoga is a huge staple in my life and I truly believe in its healing benefits as well as the overall mental and physical health it can provide.
