Elsa Gil was born and raised in Mexico City, where she has always been active in the fitness world. She has delved in all things sports from soccer to martial arts, and skateboarding. She began teaching Yoga when she was 19 years old to her fellow college students. Three years ago Elsa was certified through Warrior One Yoga studio for 300 hours of Yoga Teacher Training, Personal Training through SCW, and Shwinn. Focusing her work on restoring the body through strength and flexibility training, she has worked with professional athletes training WWE wrestlers, Senior communities, Hot Power Yoga, Weights, Spin, Meditation, and Boot Camp. She holds great knowledge on the bodies anatomy and nutrition and is also a certified Institute of Integrative Nutrition Coach. Elsa's main focus on fitness is to set realistic goals that enhance your quality of life and realize just how agile you body can be.
