About dianne:

My name is Dianne Perez. I have been in fitness my entire adult life, earning my aerobics teaching certificate and teaching aerobics way back in the 1980's. I became interested in yoga as I traveled along my fitness journey and received my 200 hour Yoga Certification in 2021. I went on to earn my 300 hour Yoga Certification in 2023. My focus is on Vinyasa Flow with emphasis on anatomy and alignment. I hold a 20 Hour Certificate of Completion in Yoga Anatomy and am passionate about sharing my knowledge to insure proper alignment and avoidance of injury.
