Class will begin with gentle yoga poses to help guide your body into a deeply relaxed state. The yoga postures help alleviate tension in both the body and mind, granting potential access to higher levels of meditation. Then, the instructor will offer a sound bath meditation, creating vibrations to help prepare the energetic and physical bodies for rejuvenation and relaxation. This is the perfect practice to help reduce stress and tension and harmonize your body, mind, and spirit.
