This yoga class is perfect for those new to yoga and seasoned yogis. The postures can be accommodations for all bodies. Explore yoga's physical, mental, and emotional benefits through simple movement, mindfulness, and breathwork. The poses in this class are designed to encourage openness in the body and find rest and rejuvenation for the mind. If the weather is not cooperating the instructor will message the clients to move class inside. Please bring your yoga mat!
