This all-levels outdoor class combines functional bodyweight exercises with dynamic mobility work to help you move better, feel stronger, and stay injury-free. No equipment needed—just your body, breath, and the great outdoors. Don't forget your yoga mat!

If the weather is not cooperating, the coach will message the class to move into the Celestial Lounge on the 31st Floor.
