Join Anna Rillahan for an inspiring introduction to the Chakras and meditation fundamentals. In this class we’ll:
- Investigate each of the 7 Chakras and their meanings
- Learn the basic yoga movements that you’ll build upon with each Chakra
- Establish a foundation for your meditation practice
The Chakras, according to the ancient yogic texts, are vibrating energetic centers that exist in each of us. The balance of these energy centers is essential to our health, relationships, and overall fulfillment. The chakra system can be viewed as a map of our body’s energy. Over time and through life experiences, our chakras can get blocked or imbalanced; this can have a direct impact on our physical and mental health.
No experience of any kind is necessary for this class, simply make yourself comfortable in a quiet space, sit back and listen.
