This class will utilize a variety of exercises in Tabata intervals to increase your aerobic capacity, anaerobic capacity, and resting metabolic rate. Tabata describes effective interval training, where clients exercise for 20 seconds and then rest for 10 for a series of rounds (commonly 8 rounds). If you sign up for this portion of the event, you will join the group for an hour of high-intensity strength and cardiovascular training class for all levels. After class, enjoy a social hour of tacos, light snacks, and beverages.
