Hatha yoga practices a set of physical postures (yoga poses) and breathing techniques, practiced more slowly and with more static posture holds than a Vinyasa flow class. Hatha yoga is about finding balance. This class will explore yoga's physical, mental, and emotional benefits through simple movement, mindfulness, and breathwork. The postures can be accommodations for all bodies and fitness levels.
