This class will include walking or jogging intervals, depending on your preference, paired with bodyweight strength exercises for all levels. If you're a runner, hiker, or walker, anticipate this class to help you target the right muscles to help you improve your form and prevent injury. Meet the coach in the fitness center to warm up before beginning the walk.
