In this class, we will explore the physical, mental, and emotional benefits of a yoga practice through simple movement, mindfulness, and breathwork. The poses in this class are designed to encourage openness in the body and find rest and rejuvenation for the mind. Gentle Yoga is perfect for those new to yoga as well as seasoned yogis. Don't forget to bring your yoga mat!
