This yoga class is perfect for those new to yoga as well as seasoned yogis. The postures can be accommodation for all bodies. Explore the physical, mental, and emotional benefits of yoga practice through simple movement, mindfulness, and breathwork. The poses in this class are designed to encourage openness in the body and find rest and rejuvenation for the mind. If the weather isn't cooperating, the instructor will move class into the wellness studio. Please bring your yoga mat!
