Join us for a relaxing morning of Yoga and Mimosas. The first hour (part 1) is a gentle yoga practice. The second hour (part 2) is an open hour where we will enjoy mimosas and light snacks.

This yoga class is perfect for those new to or interested in yoga. The postures can be accommodations for all bodies. Explore yoga's physical, mental, and emotional benefits through simple movement, mindfulness, and breathwork. The poses in this class are designed to encourage safe openness in the body and rest and rejuvenation for the mind.
