This class combines stretching exercises focusing on the muscles and mobility exercises focusing on the joint that increase the range of movements and motions your body can perform. The combination of these training techniques is a way to avoid injury while getting stronger. The instructor will also aim to find opportunities to practice balance training to prevent falls.
