Class is very nicely planned and fits the needs of people who want low to moderate level of exercise.

I was the only person who made it to the class and Aretha asked me what I wanted to focus on. I told her abs and chest, and she again curated a HIIT workout showing me new workout moves and coached me through form and ensured that I hit all the right zones!

Aretha developed three HIIT workouts targeting a whole body workout and would NOT relent until we had finished every rep of every set!

This class was intense and I loved every minute of it! 922 calories burned in less than an hour!

Dustin really began pushing us harder and built upon what we had done previously in class while introducing new exercises!

I got a lot out of the class and it's of great value to have at the same place you live! The class made everyone work hard even though everyone was at a different fitness level.

I really enjoyed the class and so appreciate having this an option right within my apartment. I think the class flow would go better if all equipment was set up ahead of time. BUT I understand that Dustin had to get a feel for the class size and the Forum's amenities. So I would suspect that he was change this in the future. I would gladly help set up and take down equipment before and after class.
