The food was amazing. I need to work on my prep and having things ready - a very fast hour. Because I was trying to cook I could not keep up and I missed seeing what your chicken pieces looked like. I remember you saying they looked right or okay or something. I ended up roasting the asparagus because I used a cast iron pan and I don't think it would have fit. Nice to have several delicious meals ready for the week. Thank you!
