Great class with a wonderful trainer! Irv is great, helping adapt specific exercises to my needs. I left his class feeling invigorated and confident that I can do this!!!

This class was great! I wasn‘t sure if I‘d be up to it since I haven’t done this type of training in a long time. I surprised myself that I made it through the class. Irving did a great job showing me the correct form for each exercise and encouraging me that I could do this! Looking forward to the next class!
