Loved the class! Derrick was able to navigate us through the whole flow very well and had some tips and tricks if we were unable to do certain poses. Would definitely take his class again!

Great yoga session. Marlen led us through a progression of more and more challenging poses, adjusting our form as needed. Excellent way to start your day

This is absolutely amazing. Marlen rubbed our temple with spa oil at the end of the class. All of sudden my entire body relaxed. What an experience!
