My name is Victoria, I’m teaching all kinds of yoga but my favorite one to teach is vinyasa yoga which is an active kind of yoga practice, linking one breath one movement that’s a perfect balanced practice to get your heart pumping,burn some calories and of course to stretch your body, i got my certification in Cambridge Massachusetts at corepower yoga.In the past i used to teach HIIT and spinning so if you’re looking to sweat and stretch in same time please reach me out!
