About Melissa:
Hi, I'm Melissa and I am a strength training and weight lost specialist and personal trainer. I also assist with nutrition and diet plans. My training style consists of motivational, supportive, and organized program designed, tailored to each client. My program design takes into account a client's goals, lifestyle, and fitness level. Though I don't employ a bootcamp-style training technique, I do teach clients how to be self-motivating in a positive manner.
