As a fitness instructor of over 10 years and a mother of two, I love finding ways for my clients to utilize different styles of movement and a provide consistent coaching that creates results. I know what it’s like to balance the many external demands of pregnancy and motherhood, while also caring for myself. My passion is fueled when I see clients start to enjoy their workouts, love their bodies, and build inner and outer strength, so they can better manage and enjoy their daily lives. My goal as a personal trainer is to keep updating my knowledge and discover the most efficient, safe ways to lead clients through strength movement routines. I aim to design classes and personal training sessions that are enjoyable and keep clients challenged, yet encouraged, while working toward goals! I pride myself in applying a very form-specific style of coaching, to keep everyone safe who works with me.
