My name is Kamron Safari, I'm from Portland, Oregon and have a passion for Wellness and Health. Growing up in an underserved community and setting I had to learn many things the hard way and I adapted and grew as a result and have gained a high level of knowledge in the fields of health, fitness, and wellness. I will not only provide general health guidance sessions, but I will provide tips into how to live a happy and healthy life when it comes to managing your daily activities.
