Born and raised in Manhattan, John has been involved in athletics at a very young age; Martial arts, hockey, handball and baseball to name a few. During his years in college, he would frequent the fitness facility, working on his fitness goals and eventually realize that- there was a passion growing to help others in their fitness journey. John has worked with physical therapists, retired olympians and specialists in applied functional science. He has collected all that knowledge and has applied this while working with his clients. He has worked with youth, paraplegics, adults post-surgery to individuals whose goals are to be stronger, mobile, faster and have less back pain when they pick their child up. The discipline and betterment of self that had been instilled at that very young age through sport and fitness resonates in his training and coaching of others.
