About Daris:
Hello! My name is Daris, and I am a Fitness professional who specializes in Boxing conditioning, Barbell movements, and Powerlifting. I have been involved in sports and fitness my whole life, and I have experienced different types of sports, which led me to many kinds of injuries throughout my life. After years of dealing with pain and recurrent injuries, I found a way to overcome everything through strength and individualized cross-training. Now, my mission is to help people understand the importance of overall strength and fitness individualism by combining different styles of sports to develop physical and mental strength. I love teaching my clients how to understand their own bodies' abilities and capabilities using cross-training techniques through boxing conditioning and barbell movements such as squats, deadlifts, and bench presses.
