My name is Brittnye. I am a 32 year old mom of two. I have been practicing yoga since I was 15 and have been teaching for the past 6 months. My start with yoga came from a knee injury as a teenager and has, over time, developed into a passion for yoga as a way of life. I enjoy helping others get comfortable in their own bodies and seeing them benefit from the yoga practice. I have taught both Vinyasa and Hatha yoga and am comfortable with both. I work with all levels of experience and find that although teaching varying levels and styles of yoga are obviously very different, they are all uniquely beneficial in their own right.
