This class is a functional strength workout that is done using a chair to either sit or use for balance. The instructor will teach a warm-up on the chair and follow that with machine work, rotating with your classmates for a full-body workout. This is a fun and challenging workout for everyone that will increase your heart rate, increase stability, and build strength.
