This class offers a balanced blend of movement and stillness, combining breath-led flowing sequences with restorative postures designed to cultivate reflection, pause, and centering. You’ll move through gentle, mindful transitions to build warmth and presence, then settle into longer-held poses to release tension and restore balance. Open to all levels, this practice invites you to connect with your breath, quiet the mind, and find harmony between effort and ease.
To increase comfort as the class winds down we recommend bringing your own blanket and a pillow.
